Skeet Field
The club’s skeet field features a regulation high house and low house setup with eight shooting stations arranged in a semicircle. Skeet is a game of angles — shooters progress from Station 1 through Station 8, engaging crossing and quartering targets launched from the two houses.
Any of the following shotgun gauges may be used: 12, 20, 28, and .410 bore.
Skeet League
The Skeet League is held on Tuesday evenings on the skeet field, with start time around 4:30 PM. Arrangements may be made to shoot on Thursday nights or Saturday afternoons as well. The league is open to non-members; a member must be present for any non-member to participate.
Cost: $20.00 league fee plus $3.50 per round of targets. A $3.00 per-day club usage fee applies for non-members.
See the Skeet League page for complete rules and scoring details.
Five Stand (5-Stand)
Five Stand uses six to eight automatic traps to simulate game birds from five shooting positions. Shooters rotate through all five stations, with targets released in a predetermined sequence. The course offers multiple difficulty levels making it suitable for beginners and experienced shooters alike.
Winter 5-Stand runs on a seasonal schedule. See the 5-Stand League for details.
