Youth Marksmanship Class

Summer Youth Marksmanship Program

The Horseshoe Fish and Game Club runs a 10-week Youth Marksmanship Program each summer for boys and girls ages 8 to 18. This is one of the club’s most popular youth programs.

Kids receive hands-on instruction, one-on-one coaching, and real experience in safe gun handling in a fun, controlled, and supportive environment. No prior experience is necessary.

What Kids Learn

Firearm safety rules and range etiquette
Proper shooting stance and grip
Sight alignment and trigger control
Accuracy and consistency at 25–50 yards
